Progression Planner

Why plan sessions in Stay Hard Run

Stay Hard Run rewards consistency. The Roblox game by the Heavy games community (released 2026-02-06, early development) is built around training endurance, clearing obstacles, earning points and miles, rebirth, unlocking stronger characters, carrying heavier weights, and climbing leaderboards. Without a plan, codes evaporate and rebirths feel random. This planner is a markdown routine you can reuse—not a fake damage calculator.

Use it with the Codes Checklist, Codes, Getting Started, and How to Rebirth.

Pre-session setup (5 minutes)

Copy and fill:

  • Date: ___
  • Current character: ___
  • Rebirth count: ___
  • Today’s primary goal (pick one): endurance practice / miles target / rebirth / unlock / heavy carry PB
  • Codes redeemed today? Yes/No — link your Codes Checklist
  • Patch notes checked? (Updates Hub, Update1 Notes)

If you cannot name a primary goal, default to endurance practice.

Session template

Block A — Warm-up (10–15 min)

  • Complete easy obstacle reps until deaths drop
  • Note one route mistake to fix
  • Skim Getting Started only if you are lost

Block B — Currency inject (optional)

  • Redeem official codes: UPDATE1, STAYHARD, FREEMILES
  • Test community-reported RELEASE / FREEREBIRTH in-game only
  • Write where rewards will go before spending

Block C — Main training (20–40 min)

Pick one mode:

Mode 1: Endurance volume
Focus on clean consecutive runs. Stop if form collapses.

Mode 2: Weight carry
Increase load only after Mode 1 feels stable. Record best comfortable weight.

Mode 3: Rebirth prep
Farm until your written rebirth trigger is met, then follow How to Rebirth.

Block D — Spend decision (5–10 min)

Ask in order:

  1. Is a character unlock closer than it looks? Check Characters Tier List and Characters Overview.
  2. If not, buy S/A upgrades from Upgrades Tier List.
  3. If neither spend is strong, bank currency.

Block E — Cool-down note (2 min)

  • What improved?
  • What failed?
  • Next session’s single focus?

Starter-friendly weekly plan

Day 1–2: Starter consistency using Best Starter Characters.
Day 3: Codes + endurance foundations.
Day 4: First intentional rebirth cycle.
Day 5: Evaluate bridge unlock versus upgrades.
Day 6: Heavy carry practice only if routes are clean.
Day 7: Light session + notes review; check Updates.

Leaderboard days

Leaderboard pushes are optional end blocks, not warm-ups. Attempt them only after Blocks A–C. Online multiplayer means conditions vary—do not rewrite your whole build after one crowded server.

Anti-tilt rules

  • One primary goal per session
  • No script rabbit holes mid-session (Scripts Hub status: no stable public autofarm found for Stay Hard Run specifically)
  • No panic unlocks because someone else looks stronger
  • No downloading “planner tools.exe” from strangers (Safety)

Early-development flexibility

If a patch changes costs, keep the block structure and rewrite only the targets. The planner’s value is rhythm, not a frozen spreadsheet of unpublished formulas.

Printable one-screen version

  1. Goal
  2. Codes
  3. Warm-up
  4. Main mode
  5. Spend or bank
  6. Note for tomorrow

Hang that six-line version above your monitor if you tend to freestyle every night.

Finish sessions knowing the next click—not hoping a random executor will invent progress. The planner keeps Roblox Stay Hard Run growth boring in the best way: deliberate training, deliberate rebirths, deliberate unlocks, and heavier weights earned when your notes say you are ready.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for Stay Hard Run players.

How long should a planned session be?

Most players do well with 45–70 minutes including warm-up, one main mode, and a short spend decision block.

Can I chase multiple goals in one session?

You can touch side goals, but pick one primary goal so rebirth and upgrade decisions stay coherent.

Where do codes fit in the planner?

Redeem during Block B, then force a written spend plan before Block D. Use the Codes Checklist to track claims.

What if I am brand new?

Use Getting Started for controls and routes, Best Starter Characters for roster choice, then run Mode 1 endurance volume.
